• Design Flexibility: From single-cavity prototypes to multi-cavity production molds, we adapt the design to your exact specifications using CAD, CAE, Pro-E, SolidWorks, and UG software.
• Material Expertise: Mold cores and cavities in 718H, H13, S136, NAK80, P20, or customer-specified steel grades with appropriate heat treatment (nitriding, vacuum hardening).
• Part Materials: Supports injection molding of ABS, PP, PC, PA6/PA66, POM, PEEK, glass-filled engineering resins, and elastomers.
